Doctor can evaluate: Rectum and anus blood can be due to irritation or infection. Serious problems like cancers are possible, depending on one's age family history, and bad luck. Irritation can occur from diarrhea, constipation, hemorrhoids, friction, allergies, medication effects, etc... Infection can be from various germs. A primary doctor can evaluate. Some people go ahead with endoscopy to rule out colon cancer.

Agree with Dr. K: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor so that you do not delay treatment.
