See your PCP or GI: See your family doctor first, and he/she might refer you to a gastroenterologist or a colorectal surgeon depending on what he thinks the bleeding is coming from.

M.D. visit: Since it has happened a few times, I would advise seeing your physician. They will assess the need for additional testing such as a complete blood count, coagulation studies and imaging. In the meantime, discontinuation of ibuprofen is advised.
