Good day, i'm a 33 year old female, i have pain in the anus, i can pass stool and there's no blood, what could be the problem?

Hard to say: The area has pin fibers both internally & just outside. Irritation triggered by past trauma/overstretching/yeast infection/ etc. all may be present. Application of a topical steroid cream can calm some issues. If they persist or increase an exam may be needed to sort out a cause & therapy.
