No problem!: Referred pain to your groin is very likely not related to a procedure you underwent 8 months ago. Complications from colonoscopy are fairly apparent within minutes to days from a procedural mishap. You may instead be describing a hernia, visceral hyperalgesia (chronic pelvic pain syndrome), orthopedic problem, either a testicular issue or gynecologic one. A thorough exam & ct scan are appropriate.
