Sleep disorder: Sleep walking, night terrors & sleep talking are often signs of poor sleep habits & lack of adequate restorative sleep. Sleep walking in kids can also be a safety risk requiring a home review. You don't want junior walking down the street at night getting into a better sleep routine and adding as little as a half hour per night of good sleep may end the issue.
