Bump on hand: Several possibilities including dupetryns contracture or a giant cell tumor. Both are benign but get it checked out.

Ganglion/Dupuytrens: This could be either a ganglion cyst or a dupuytrens nodule. A ganglion cyst is a fluid filled sac that comes from tendons or joints. A dupuytrens nodule is thickening of the palmar fascia which is just below the skin. An examination can usually tell the difference.

Cyst: Most likely a synovial or tendon sheath cyst. These are benign and if tender or growing are easily fixed with surgery.
