See a doctor: That's a pretty good sized lump on your back. I would recommend getting it seen by a doctor - impossible to really say what it is, but it DOES need to be seen to make sure it is not anything serious. Sometimes cysts or lipomas can appear on the back, but can only make that call after a proper exam.
