Talk to your daughte: You should express your feelings to your daughter about ' running' your life. But you are 90, at some point you may need her help. So without burning the bridges, handle it well. Good luck.

No!: You're bringing up a very common issue for elders. We, as doctors, are sometimes guilty of speaking more to the person in the room who speaks the most than to the patient. It is not meant as disrespect - we just want to make sure that information is understood. Tactfully, let both your daughter and your doctor know that you want to be involved in decision-making and speak up at appointments!
