Good shoes may help: Working in a factory suggests you are on your feet for many hours of the day. The feet take/joints/knees take quite a beating, especially if you are heavy. So, proper fitting/comfortable shoes may help quite abit, so don't skimp on this necessity. Take a short break here/there when u can. Lose wt if u r heavy. Eat well/sleep well--healthier body copes better. Consult doc if persistent. Good luck.

Good shoes/boots: If you are on your feet all day, get yourself a soft otc insert and a proper pair of shoes/boots. This will cost more, but it will dramatically improve how your feet feel. Find a local podiatrist!

Jobs which require: Prolonged periods of standing are challenging. One would want to make sure they are wearing a good pair of compressive socks to help the return of blood flow and avoid blood pooling secondary to gravity. You would want to move your legs/feet and avoid standing still. Arch supports are helpful to support the foot structure.
