Nasal?: Do you mean nasal endoscopy? Let us know. Nasal or nasopharyngeal endoscopy can be done under local analgesia with a topical nasal spray and you would not feel anything except a minor discomfort if there were a deviated nasal cartilage. One is not sedated for nasal or naso-pharyngeal laryngoscopy. So please be a little more specific by the term n endoscopy.
