A member asked:

If i got an endoscopy through my nose, how far would the doctor have to go in, to see down my throat?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nasal endoscopy: Not very far. The doctor only has to get to the back of your nose and stop short of the back of your throat to get a good look at your throat and vocal cords. Getting the tube through the nose is the most uncomfortable part (and they ususally spray you with numbing medicine). The rest is easy.
