A member asked:

Can pelvocalectasia happen in an allograft kidney?

Yes: Due to the way allograft kidney is connected to native bladder there may be mild pelvoectasia(mild hydronephrosis). As long as kidney function is fine and no trouble urinating one need not worry about that.Continue drinking lots of fluids.
