May not be bladder: As "bladder area" sensaton is often the so called "referred area" and corresponds with the colon - therefore ths could simply be intestinal gas/ mild flatulence.

I have a constant feeling of needing to pee. It almost hurts, and when I do go i only go a little and the sense of urgency does not change. It is constant and very uncomfortable. It does not hurt when i go, but it feels like my bladder is still full.
