6-8 wks for the bone: This is a difficult fracture to treat. With rigid fixation and compression, the fracture should heal within 6-8 weeks. Usually motion is begun during the fracture healing process, with loss of extension being common. Expect full healing to take 6 months or more.

2 weeks to get 'sticky'. 6 weeks to gain tensile and compressive strength back and two years to fully remodel.
