Taper: Although your dose is not high, reducing the dose by 0.25 mg per day every 3 to 4 days will undoubtedly be well-tolerated, that is no withdrawal. Of course you may find you really need low doses of Ativan (lorazepam) for symptom control.

Taper down: You can taper down 0.25 every 2 weeks or so to help with withdrawal sx.
