Notify police : This is a dangerous situation. Please notify both the police and the psychiatrist so that the psychiatrist's safety can be assured as much as is legally possible. You would be doing your friend a favor as well. Try to talk some sense into her and do an intervention before she destroys her life or someone else's. Good luck.
