Hi, i have add according to my psychiatrist and she prescribed me adderrall but i dont feel comfortable taking a drug like that. is there anything else i can do to help me focus without being distracted. like a drink or a vitamin gummy, g fuel maybe?

Unfortunately, there is food or supplement which can replace medication for ADD. Besides medication, you should receive psychotherapy as well.

The idea behind stimulant use for ADD involves the thought that the part of the brain that should filter out/exclude distractions is underperforming. The stimulant is used to boost that center & allow better focus. They help the majority of those that are properly diagnosed. Some benefit from talk therapy or training to avoid distractions. There are no vitamins /simple drinks that will do that.
