How much sugar is too much?

Don't need to eat it: People do not need to eat sugar. The lack of sugar does not harm the body. The body makes sugar from starches and other foods that people eat. It's fine to have very small amounts of sugar in our foods to make them tasty and enjoyable. Beyond that, any additional sugar is not needed.

Try low glycemic: As a rule you want to eat many fruits and vegetables a day, with natural sugars. What you want to avoid is processed sugars in soda, candy, and many snack foods in boxes. Avoid Corn Syrup. I like the 90/10 rule that nutritionists use, goal 90% of diet healthy, and live a little, don't worry about the other 10%.
