If you are referring: to refined sugar, then as little as possible. High fructose corn syrup is also something to avoid. In the US it's in many pre-packaged foods. Eating a healthy diet of fruits and vegetables will give you all the natural sugars you need. Peace and good health. If you want a sugar replacement please don't use chemical sweetners. You can use a root called stevia instead.
