No it isnt: You may be overextended in what you do. If your diet is lacking enough calories or protein you may also feel chronically tired, if you have mono you can be tired, or if you are anemic or not sleeping well. Stress can drain you as well. Thyroid problems can affext us as well/ it would be helpful to visit your doctor and discuss this
