OTC Inserts: Along with stretching exercises, head to a pharmacy/walmart/target and get yourself a pair of otc inserts. Look for a pair that will support your arch. Look on packaging for the word helps plantar fasciitis. If this helps, but doesn't completely get rid of the pain, call around and tell them podiatrist you do not have insurance and you would like a pair of custom inserts.
