Need neurology eval: This is something you should have evaluated asap. The evaluation must include neuro-imaging with a ct scan (at least), preferably an mri, and likely EMG / nerve conduction velocity testing.

See Doctor: These symptoms are concerning and should be investigated by your primary care physician or possibly your orthopaedist.
