Unlikely: Most kids will have a murmur at some point during their lives if someone listens closely and often. This simply means there is an extra flow sound. Small ones that are present while laying down and disappear on sitting are normal, as is one that reflects the movement of the heart within its sack.Move on to others issues in your life and let this one pass.Remember to mention it at your next checkup.
