Chest pain: If a cardiac work up rules out cardiac causes, normal EKG and echo. Consider reflux, gallbladder disease, thyroid disease. All that being said there are very rare cardiac conditions called myocardial bridging,vasospasm. that are hard to detect and cause cardiac pain.
