As it takes 3500 calories to make up one pound, it really is not possible to lose seven pounds of fat in two days, and fat loss is what you want i'm sure. Diets are not particularly effective and life style changes work best for long term weight control. Slow and steady at 1-2 pounds per week is much better and long lasting.
