Yes & No: B vitamins are water soluble so it's pretty difficult to take too much - at least w/most reputable vitamins as you'll just urinate any excess that you don't need. However, that's not to say they can't cause side effects. Vitamin b3 (niacin) goes thru your liver 1st and can cause some issues before it's excreted.
