Options are there: I presume you have outlived your prior cancers and received treatments effectively. Lung cancer in its early stages can still be addressed successfully, usually with surgery or cyber-knife; for more advanced stages more aggressive therapies such as chemotherapy and raadiotherapy are used but are much less sucessful.

Find out what it is: A cancer appearing in your lung may have arisen there or spread there from somewhere else. If a clinician obtains a bit of the lung mass and sends it to the pathologist, we can determine whether it's really cancer, where it's from, and whether there's any treatment beyond comfort measures that a reasonable person would accept. I'll be thinking of you in the time ahead.
