Is she up to date?: If she is up to date she will need her flu vaccine yearly and her boosters at age 4.

Yes: It is not clear if she has had vaccines or not. If she has not had any vaccines yet then she most certainly should start to get them now. The potential risks associated with vaccines are significantly less than the potential risks associated with not being vaccinated at all. If she is otherwise up to date on vaccines, then she should only need her annual flu vaccine.

Depends on situation: If for any reason you have avoided the primary series of vaccinations they should be started immediately and a catch up schedule worked out. If you had the primary series done on time the boosters should be given after she turns 4.
