Weight loss: How much do you weigh now? What is your goal. If bmi is in normal range, you don't need to lose weight. If high, aim for 2 lbs/wk loss by exercising & controlling food portions; eat lean protein, good fats, low glycemic carbs, plenty of fruits & veggies. Avoid fast foods & pop. Join a support group like weight watchers for support.
