Not Likely: If your pregnancy dating is correct, most likely the pregnancy is not viable. A heart beat is usually first seen by 6 weeks. Certainly you need another ultrasound to confirm, but the images are more important that the blood work. If it is not viable, then the most common explanation is a genetically abnormal pregnancy that formed.
