See a physician : Tongue swelling can cause difficulty breathing while sleeping but also may represent an allergic reaction so see a physician & if recently started a new medication stop it.

Swollen tongue: This may be an allergic reaction to meds/supplements/foods/environmental allergens. Please see your Physician or ENT ASAP as there is an airway risk.
