Tongue: Just leave it alone. Tongue heals pretty quick because of good blood circulation in that area.

Perhaps not much: I would advise to be careful and be aware of any worsening symptoms. If there is a small sore/opening of the tongue, you may gargle and spit a diluted hydrogen peroxide solution (1 part hydrogen peroxide, 10 parts water) to east the pain. Good luck and happy healing.

It will heal on its : it will heal on its own. I'm not certain why you not it do seriously. These are things we need to have it checked out by your physician. Sometimes we see this in people have seizures. I'm not sure that's what's going on you but you need to see your physician
