Yes: There are 3 ways to prevent infection. (1) the positive partner should be on treatment with an undetectable viral load. This is the most important prevention method. (2) condoms, especially for intercourse when the positive partner is insertive (the one "on top"). (3) prep: use of HIV medications by the negative partner (probably unnecessary if you're using methods 1 or 2.
