OCD is a common disorder that can be treated well with therapies such as Cognitive Behaivioral therapy. You need to see a psychiatrist for evaluation and referral. Long term counseling with a psychotherapist may also be useful. It is not something that can be treated without guidance. If it is affecting your daily life it is time to do something about it.
