If i use farmers market food most of the time and for dinner have stir fry or like a medium bowl of chow mein..would that cause any weight gain?

Depends: Weight gain is a function of the balance between caloric intake and calories burned. Even a healthy diet will cause weight gain if caloric intake exceeds calories spent. It would be good to make regular aerobic exercise is a part of your daily routine.
