May be: Moderation is always the key. For some sensitive people consuming orange juice ( acidic ) may increase risk for stomach upset/ gastroesophageal reflux disease. Also, if you are diabetic, drinking a lots of orange juice may give you higher reading on your glucometer and it will not be a good thing for you.

Calories!!: There are 960 calories in 64 oz orange juice. That is the same as consuming 60 teaspoons of sugar! save yourself the calories, stomach ulcers, kidney stones, potassium overload, dental cavities, and empty calories. Drink water and eat the fruit! juice offers no significant nutrition relative to the excessive sugar in comparison.
