No: Dizziness can be a sign of low blood pressure and decreased perfusion to the brain. Discuss with your nephrologist to have your medication or dialysis prescription adjusted. Dizziness is never normal and can increase risk of falls and major injury.

No: I agree with dr. Raj singh. Peritoneal dialysis is less likely compared to hemodialysis to cause dizziness from low blood pressure. A full evaluation of your dizziness would also include blood work to assess your body content of minerals and electrolytes in order to ensure that your peritoneal dialysis treatments are not causing imbalance.

Dizziness on PD: This feeling will indicate lower BP relative to your usual BP. This can happen with PD or HD easily if fluid removal is excessive.
