Call your doctor.: I'm very sorry to hear about your miscarriage. Dizzy spells can be caused by a variety of factors - but some are dangerous. Your doctor will want to evaluate your bleeding, your blood pressure, and signs of infection. Very rarely, one can have a tubal pregnancy and a pregnancy in the uterus. I know this is a long shot, but it's worth being evaluated. Good luck. Lgromko md.
