? POTS ? OSA: Postural orthostatic tachycardia could result in fast heart rates particularly upon rising due to abnormal vasomotor and neurocardiac reflexes and excessive catecholamines. This could also happen early am if high catchecholamines at night due to hormonal problems or sleep apnea.
