It depends: It depends on what you mean by healing, and what conditions you're talking about. Healing can be without cure. Cure happens @ level of biology, involving eradication of disease. It can be "done to" the person. Healing happens @ level of a whole person, & is an active, inner process of becoming whole -- relating well with all parts of self (mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual) and others.
