Is spiritual healing an effective treatment for cancer or tumors?

Not on it's own.: When it comes to cancer treatment methods outside the realm of traditional medicine, i try to keep an open-mind, recognizing that there is a lot about cancer that we don't understand. However, it is a dangerous practice to replace a proven therapy with one that is not--if you believe that spiritual healing may help, please pursue that in addition to traditional treatment.
