How can i break my biphasic sleep pattern?

Sleep hygiene: Probably the best way is to apply sleep hygiene. Choose the one period of sleep you are want and treat the other as a 'nap' which you would eliminate. Allow yourself to extend the length of the single sleep period every few days until you reach a number of hours that provides a restful sleep. Do not nap, keep sleep structured with same time to sleep and eventually same time to wake.
