Diabetes: The most likely cause of sugar in the urine is diabetes. If you have not been diagnosed with diabetes, please see your doctor asap. If you have known diabetes then your blood sugars are too high and therefore spill into urine indicating inadequate blood sugar control. Please see your doctor asap.
