Few options: Most likely is a false test. The urine dip stick test can react abnormally if there are high amounts of chemicals in the urine (like antibiotics or vitamin C). other conditions that cause this are rare and would typically cause problems in early childhood. It can also be an isolated benign (meaning no consequences) condition.
