What is the different between sugar in the blood and sugar in the urine thanks?

Sugar: In the great majority of people with normal kidney function, the blood sugar level has to rise above 180 before sugar spills into the urine. There are certain exceptions, however. Nevertheless your blood sugar can be abnormally high(example 140-180) and not show up in the urine.
