No: The fungus lives under the nail, so the nail is acting like a shell, which protects the fungus. Any topical anti-fungual solution will only prevent further mulitplication of the fungual cells on the surface. See a podiatrist who treats fungal infections of the nails, via medications and/or laser treatments.
