No limitations: The type of bread you est does not affect fibromyalgia. If you have conditions such as gluten sensitivity and fibromyalgia there may be am effect. Fibromyalgia is a chronic pain syndrome made worse by poor exercise, poor sleep and poor control of stress and psychological problems. These are the areas to direct your treatment.

Any: ? what type bread can eat if you have Fibromyalgia (FM). At first thought, there would not be contraindications to any of the breads. Obesity seems to be a FM causality co-factor so if obesity then one might be advised to put carbs aside & to lose weight. Some persons with FM have IBS-type symptoms, and these persons might be advised to eat non- gluten breads to sort out gastrointestinal issues.
