A member asked:

For how long does freebase cocaine stay in the blood?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Usually about 3 days: The most consistent amount of time is quoted as about 3 days or 72 hours. Testing for Cocaine is very unlikely to yield an incorrect finding -- if its there the test will pick it up. The use of freebase and other forms of Cocaine is very dangerous/addictive -- death is a possible outcome of any given use because of the drug's effect on the heart, lungs, and other tissues.
