Cocaine doesn't jump: specifically into the fetus. It diffuses in and out on the basis of whether it is in the mother's bloodstream. So, it would stay as long as it would in any adult (about 3-5 days for detection purposes). except, that this isn't how pregnancy associated drug use is tested--often/mostly it is the fetal stool specimen (meconium) that is tested. And drugs hand around in it a long time.
