10 weeks!: Methotrexate, itself, is virtually gone in several days. But more active metabolites, called Methotrexate polyglutamates, stay inside body tissue for 2&1/2 months. If you are on mtx for arthitis, or other rheumatology problem, you should wate that long before trying to conceive.
